Dr. Reinaldo Irizarry, Sr., Ph.D., is a distinguished author who delves into the mysteries of the universe with fervor. Born on February 9th, 1944, in Puerto Rico, he relocated to the United States in 1950, where he received part of his primary education in New York City. Joining the military in 1962, Dr. Irizarry served in Vietnam from 1966 to 1967, an experience that deeply impacted him, leaving him with a sense of guilt for the comrades he lost. Upon returning home, Dr. Irizarry began a new chapter, marrying and raising children with his beloved wife. He attributes his blessings to the grace of God, who he believes has always been by his side. Dr. Irizarry has authored six previous books, including "Home from Nam," "A Touch of Blue," "One Man's Opinion," "World War III," and "My Friend Duke." His latest work, "The Art of Law Enforcement," is dedicated to young men and women aspiring to careers in law enforcement. Dr. Irizarry emphasizes the profession's unique ability to uphold law and order, as well as its responsibility to safeguard citizens' freedoms.
