Detective Otto Sampson calls on Miki Radicci to help identify a man who knew her father Michael Radicci. She doesn't recognize him, but she knows his name: Sweeney. He was in the OCCT program with her father. Like Miki, there is one man Sweeney wants dead. The man responsible for killing Miki's father and other psychics. The director of OCCT program, Dr. Randal Leger. Soon Miki and Sweeney are on the run from the law. They make their way to Ashland, Kentucky to a Leger's secret facility. Miki discovers the answers she seeks but also learns that reality is not what it seems. A mind-bender of a dark fantasy about ghosts, angels, and demons of the past.
