Candle burn and cauldron bubble, I'm in a helluva lot of trouble! Okay, so I'm a witch - a soul sorter - with a magical demon-slaying sword called Nightshade. Not complaining, but it's wicked stressful. Not only is there an increase in supernatural activity in my ward, I'm being evicted from my new, sort-of- magically important house, breaking in a snarky new familiar, and trying to sort out my feelings for my metaphysically connected and immortal boyfriend Rick. As if that's not enough to send me running to the cupboard for comfort Pop Tarts, I've uncovered a plot by a local vampire coven to gain the power to control both the living and the dead. History is threatening to repeat itself and if I don't get a handle on my role as Monk's Hill Witch, it could cost me everything.
