This book is a collection of works from over 28 years of my experiences and others' viewpoints on these issues: The United States is on a fast train to a multicultural future. The phenomena of "White flight" plaguing the urban churches creates a clash between race and culture. -Racial battles are being fought over tradition, declining churches, and families. -As our communities become more cross-racial, Caucasian Congregations are struggling to maintain their own culture. Churches are closing their doors forever. With all these cultural conflicts within the church, the bleeding continues, and the tourniquet tightens in the hope of saving the limb from dying. Is there hope? Is there a doctor in the house? Is there a remedy that can be given to save the limb from dying?
