She graduated from Yıldız Technical University in 2014 and worked as a city planner in Istanbul and published two books in Turkish. She lives in London and is raising two admirable children. "The Portrait" is her first English-written and published book. The Portrait tells the story of Leila - a strong, talented woman challenging the cultural expectations placed on her, set in a picturesque village in Southeast Turkey. Despite the obstacles, Leila remains steadfast in pursuing her dreams and impacting the world.
