Description
After a mysterious fugitive kills a man on a deserted road near a small South African coastal town, he takes on the identity of his victim- a Baptist minister who is coming to take over the local church. While the town residents unknowingly accept the fugitive as their new minister, the local police captain discovers the body and arrests two petty thieves for the crime.
