In the land of Ustrad, King Uthrel sent a mighty warrior to link the flame. That warrior was Herad, a noble knight, but the flame was too strong and he was consumed, reduced to ash. King Uthrel took the quest upon himself, and linked the flame, becoming a mighty Lord of Cinder. Now the time to link the flame has come again, but Uthrel shrinks from his duty having become the skeletal Willow King, ruling over a court of the dead.
