The purpose of this book is to advocate, explain and demonstrate the strategic use of the IIRC's practices as agents of internal change and sustainable value creator within business environments. Since the strategic use of these practices as agents of change is a developing phenomenon, business environments might lack knowledge about how to apply these practices. To close this gap, Dr. Ramaboea developed a conceptually integrated model during her doctoral studies, employing the IIRC practices. The model is presented in this book.
