Description
An investigation into how years of altering our food have taken away many of the essential nutrients which could be the cause for the preponderance of diseases like cancer, diabetes, dementia and cardiovascular issues. In order to regain the losses, the author suggests eating 'on the wild side' by choosing those items that are nearer to the nutritional offering of naturally grown food. Robinson also gives methods of preparation and storage that will protect food from losing its benefits.
